Cancellation Policy

>Temperament Evaluation Requirements: Our Care Policy is based on an individual pet assessment and the outcome of the Meet-N-Greet and or Temperament Evaluation. Your dog must complete and pass an environment screening and temperament test to ensure that they are a good fit with our other furry guests. Safety is our top priority, and aggressive or unfriendly behavior can be dangerous for both dogs and staff members alike. Must pass the interview and Temperament Evaluation process. >Must show proof that the animal has been in your care for at least 3 months. >Doges must be at least 4 months of age. >In overall good health with no open wounds and stitches of any kind. >Currently Vaccinations and Vet Exam Records: Distemper (DHLPP or DAPP), Parainfluenza, Parvovirus, Lepto, Bordetella; Rabies, and Canine Influenza are required. Must be included separately or in the vaccine combo. A Fecal Exam within 6 months of scheduled service. Flea & tick free and under a continuous prevention plan. >We require ALL dogs to wear a collar or harness with a leash during check in/out. >Animal must be people and dog-friendly. >All dogs older than 8 months must be spayed or neutered. >All dogs must be under full leash control by a Parent or Guardian during check in/out, and all evaluations. >The Pet Parent understands that we reserves the right to unilaterally terminate or postpone services due to the Coronavirus and or Inclement Weather as deemed necessary and responsible by we, without penalty or liability of any kind. >The Pet Parent understands that we reserves the right to unilaterally terminate or postpone services without penalty or liability of any kind in the event that we deems my dog’s behavior makes it unsafe to provide further services.
